CEE-EYE USES PRINTFUL SERVICE TO PRINT AND SHIP OUT PRODUCTS TO OUR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS OUR WAY OF BEING SUSTAINABLE AND REDUCING CLOTH WASTE. *PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION*
These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. 
Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout.

Will I be charged for Customs?

If your order is shipped from a facility that's in a different region than your delivery destination, you might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. The customs fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.

PRINTFUL SHIPPING POLICIES

You are responsible and shall cover all expenses (including but not limited to taxes, duties, and shipping costs) and clear customs if and as applicable to your Products and their delivery to the Customer.

You are liable for adding Harmonized System (HS) codes to your products and their variants. The HS codes are mandatory for cross-border shipments. The only exceptions where the HS codes are not needed:

  • Pack-ins and custom packaging
  • Domestic shipments
  • Shipments between the EU member states

Printful delivers Products to Customers to most places in the world. There might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Currently, only domestic shipments from our UK facility are available.

Printful, at its own discretion, may offer same-day fulfillment for User’s Products warehoused at Printful’s facilities ensuring that such Products are packaged and prepared for shipping within the same day a Customer has placed an order. To be eligible for the same-day fulfillment, the Customer’s order must be placed within a window of time (as defined below), depending on the warehouse where the User’s products for the order are stored:

  • Charlotte, NC and Canada—12 p.m. (EST)
  • Barcelona, Spain—12 p.m. (CET)
  • Riga, Latvia—12 p.m. (EET)
  • Birmingham, the UK—12 p.m. (GMT)

Same-day fulfillment may become unavailable and Printful shall not be held liable for failure to perform such fulfillment within the same day if:

  1. any external causes such as accidents, unforeseeable government measures, pandemic, fire, flood, “acts of God”, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control occur;
  2. the ordered Products you warehouse at our facility are out of stock when you place your order;
  3. there’s a wrong, invalid, or misspelled delivery address indicated on the order;
  4. the order contains items other than the Products warehoused;
  5. your order has been put on hold.

For 2 and 5, as soon as stock is received or holds are removed, Printful will arrange a next-day fulfillment shipment.

Printful does not offer same-day fulfillment on weekends. Additionally, there may be limited availability of same-day fulfillment on certain local holidays and high-volume shopping days including, but not limited to, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. 

In case Printful can’t ensure same-day fulfillment for other reasons not specified above, we’ll charge only the picking, shipping, and additional fees (if and as applicable) and refund you the fulfillment fee.

By using the Warehousing Services the User agrees that some Products can be packaged and shipped separately and the User will cover all shipping costs associated with the Products.
